Successfully led and supervised a group of regional accounts. I had the opportunity of provide strategic digital support and leadership in order to achieve main goals in the digital ecosystem and in the business in general, identifying the correct channels for each of the markets (Latin American focus). 
Developed e-commerce strategy and practice in Latam for some of our beauty and retail clients. 
I was responsible of training junior personnel and provide mentorship. 
Collaborated with business development to maintain and grown existing clients as well to acquire new ones.
